As a nationally designated state certified appraiser primarily serving Pennsylvania and New Jersey, my efforts are guided by the Code of Ethics of the Appraisal Institute, compliance with USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice), and two State Boards of Real Estate Appraisal (PA & NJ). Complimentary abilities include sales, leasing, property management, and strategic planning.

For lenders, we prepare the usual plethora of Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac appraisal forms, with PDF transmission capabilities enabling quicker turn-around. For attorneys and accountants, we are available to discuss your needs on a case-by-case basis. For private individuals and the public at large, no prospective assignment is too small or too complex.
